This is a business plan of my module RESEARCHING AND DEVELOPING A BUSINESS PLAN FOR A NEW VENTURE.I am a final year undergraduate student in England. - Any proprietary elements;
- Any superior organisational processes, capabilities or resources identified that are not easily duplicated or imitated;
- Economic viability of business model established:
- Revenue forecast with clear justification for figures predicted;
- Customer acquisition and retention costs, and time required to obtain a customer;
- Expected gross margins;
- Capital investment required;
- Expected break-even point;
- Operating cash cycle characteristics

Section 6 Team assessment:

- Mission, aspirations and propensity for risk;
- Team's ability to execute on the CSFs in the industry;
- Team's connectedness up, down and across the value chain

Section 7 Summary and conclusions:

- Why this opportunity is or is not attractive and on what one or at most two domain(s) you rest your case.
