Dunix finds her qualified, but in order to hire her, Dunix would have to change its computer systems and make structural changes to the building. The changes would initially cost $30,000. If Dunix fails to make the changes, can Ms. Jones claim that Dunix did not make a reasonable accommodation? Can Dunix claim undue hardship?
