b) On 27 August 2022, the company was informed on the death of Agasha, from finance department. The position was filled by Qamariah, a newly hired staff, on 15 September 2022.
Required:
1. Discuss the responsibility of Ahmad in relation to his relocation to the Headquarter in Selangor.
2. Discuss the responsibility of the company after receiving the death news of Aqasha.
3. Discuss the responsibility of the company in relation to admission of Qamariah as a new staff member.
