Problem:
Respond to coping mechanisms that nurses may employ, regardless of belief or standard practice. There is an immense pull to be the perfect nurse. I have noted, during my practice, this does not follow what I thought was the norm. One of the most important parts of my self-care regimen is exercise. My weekly activities include doing meditation and running frequently. There are many activities that the patient may engage in including: jogging, specifically in the local area, which lowers stress levels, boosts happiness by releasing endorphins, and improves cardiovascular health
