Bad reviews can happen at any and all types of restaurants - even award-winning, Michelin-Rated restaurants. For this problem, respond to a negative review with at least 200+ words and in complete sentences. You should use the following information as your guide:
1) Visit the Yelp page for award-winning and Michelin Star-Rated Restaurant Guy Savoy by clicking this link.
2) Find a review of this restaurant that is 3 ½ stars or fewer.
3) If you were the owner or front-of-house manager, how would you respond to the post. Be sure to include the URL linking to the post as well.
