A researcher with Ministry of Transportation is commissioned to study the drive times to work (one-way) for U.S. cities. The underlying hypothesis is that average commute times are different across cities. The researcher randomly selects six people from each of the four cities and records their one-way commute times to work. Calculate a One Way ANOVA table (using EXCEL) for the data below. Then use the critical value method, with a= 0.05, to test your hypotheses. Be sure to indicate your hypotheses, critical values, results, and conclusions below and/or on the back of this sheet. Be sure to copy and paste your Excel Output in to this project.
