Problem
With the title of an academic subject of your choice (e.g., reading, writing, math, science, social studies, art, PE, computers, etc). What are three different strategies, interventions, or games designed for a hypothetical student with some special interests in order to teach him or her a specific lesson of your choice? For example, teach fractions to a student who loves trains, teach how to type to a student who loves car racing games, or teach how to read CVC words (cat, dog, mat, and so on) to a student who is fascinated with bubbles.
Research the current literature on effective strategies for teaching one of the core academic areas (e.g., reading, writing, and math) to students with ASD.
