Contemporary Companies rely more and more on teams to develop ideas, brainstorm, and follow through on projects until completion. Oftentimes team members may be disbursed throughout the company, or with the help of technology, may comprise of members in other parts of the country or even abroad. In order to collaborate, especially with "Virtual Teams," a variety of tools have been developed to allow for speedy discussion and immediate exchange of ideas. It used to be email, but it has gone beyond that.
