Problem: You have $10 million dollar budget allocated to you by city manager and can get up to 100% matching federal funds when you meet the federal standards. i) Make a report for the mayor and city council on your proposed expenditure plan assessing key course objectives comprising fund accounting and financial controls, control and management of public expenditures, government financial reporting requirements, applying budgets as disciplinary process, and analyzing financial statements and budgets to make appropriate administrative decisions.
