Discusion:
Research Paper and Presentation
Students as a group will identify and research a topic of interest relating to the course and write a paper, not to exceed 3 pages for each student, demonstrating understanding of the concepts and material presented.
The purpose of the paper is to provide students an opportunity to demonstrate:
- Knowledge of a subject area relating to this course
- Effective written communication and critical thinking skills
- Appropriate bibliographic and in-text citation methods
The topic of the paper must be relevant to the course and once approved by the instructor may not be changed without the permission of the instructor.
The paper must be in compliance with the GUIDELINES FOR PAPERS, provided by the instructor.
