2. Explain why this method would be beneficial to the IT organization.
3. Identify challenges that are specific to the health care industry that will need to be addressed during the transition to an agile project format.
4. Identify the 5 greatest challenges that you will need to mitigate for the transition.
5. Explain a sample implementation plan to transition the organization from waterfall to the identified agile approach.
