1. Research and choose alegal case concerning a school or school district in British Columbia.Choose "British Columbia" under Browse enter "school" or "school district" in the Document text search field click on the "cases" tab (which will filter out legislation)
You should see a list of over 27,000 cases. You can continue to filter by choosing the tribunal. You can choose "courts", "labour", or "human rights".
Look through the cases to find one that is interesting to you.
2. Write a summary of the case. Briefly describe the issue, the decision, and the reasons for the decision, and share your observations and reflections about what you learned. Connect your observations and reflections to relevant course content and your experience.Indicate what you have learned and how you will apply this learning in the future.
Length and Format
Your paper should be 400-500 words in length, double-spacedand should follow APA formatting.
