c) The London Ambulance Service (LAS) Computer Aided Despatch
(CAD) system programme 1987-1993

(ll) Discuss why this programme was considered successful, to what degree you agree that that is so, and the ways in which good programme strategy may have contributed OR suggest how utilisation of programme strategy best practice might have improved the situation or even avoided the problems.

b) The UK new Wembley stadium project
c) Boston's (USA) ‘Big Dig' project

(lll) Suggest how utilisation of programme or project strategy best practice might have improved the situation or even avoided the problems.
