Research, analyze and recommend an appropriate organizational response to an aspect of employment law (pick a topic areas that interests you and/or is controversial). In preparing your report, summarize legal aspects integrating course concepts, analyze their importance and ethical implications, and recommend an organizational response supporting your analysis and conclusions with scholarly sources. The paper should be double-spaced, from 8 to 10 pages in length and adhere to APA standards. To complete this project:

* Read through the textbook to find an employment law topic that is interesting and/or controversial even if the topic hasn’t yet been covered in class;

* After identifying an employment law topic, conduct additional research including finding and reviewing one or more relevant cases (which may have been cited within the textbook).

* Analyze the implications of the employment law and findings of the selected case(s) to a specific organization. Begin by describing the current employment/HR practice comparing and contrasting it to the employment law and findings of your research. Based on this analysis, discuss if your legal research has resulted in any recommended changes in HR or employment practice(s) for the organization. Be certain to justify your recommendations for change or no changes.

* Discuss the ethical issues associated with this employment law topic and how the issues impact the organization.
