REQUIRES: Prepare a memo for the CEO (of a real or hypothetical firm) that explains how SHRM and its associated online services can be of use to general managers. Be sure to provide some specifics and examples of services and information sources.
As part of providing examples, integrate into your discussion a brief summary of two news items or articles about HR from the site.(www.shrm.org)Please locate these articles by going to the section titled Resources and Tools. There you will see a variety of HR topics, and if you click on the individual topics you will see a list of current articles at the bottom half of the page (scroll all the way to the bottom). You can also locate articles by going to the HR Today section, then HR News. Again, current articles are posted on the bottom half of the page. Note that some articles are restricted to members only, but some will be available to you.
