Table: Project Schedule & WBS of the Project for relocation, Source: (Hillson, 2003)
Now that you have created the work breakdown structure and received approval to begin scheduling the office move, your manager, Steve Spaniels, would like to review a network diagram and present it to the CEO.
You have worked with your project team to estimate the durations of each of the work packages in the WBS. The following is your current plan:

Assignment:
Please review the Network Diagraming section in Chapter 6 of the text (starting on page 201). Create a project network diagram by first identifying the task predecessors (above). Once you have completed the network diagram:
1) Calculate the forward pass and backward pass
2) Calculate activity slack and project float
3) Identify critical path
Journals are private between the student and the instructor. Approach these activities as (a) an opportunity to reflect upon and apply what you learn each week based on the assigned readings, discussions, and activities, and (b) an opportunity to share your knowledge and expertise based on your educational and professional experiences in the past. As a successful professional, you will need good reflective and writing skills. Journal activities offer you the opportunity to further develop these skills. For more information about Blackboard blogs and journals, review these tutorials.
