Discussion Problem: Peer Feedback
The ability to respectfully give and receive feedback is an important graduate-level competency, and it is something you encounter frequently as a writer and as a professional. On the giving end, the practice allows you to work on your communication, empathy, and evaluation skills. And on the receiving end, you gain the gift of seeing yourself and your work through someone else's eyes.
For this Discussion, you provide feedback to a peer on their Week 3 Discussion post, including recommendations or resources to enhance their scholarly writing.
To Prepare
- Review your course announcements for possible information related to this week's Discussion and Assignment.
- Review the resource on giving useful peer feedback.
- Recall the relationship between professional and academic communication that you explored in Week 2.

Post your constructive review of one colleague's post from Week 3. What did your colleague do well in terms of scholarly writing? How is your colleague's scholarly voice conveyed? Provide specific examples of what you see in your colleague's work. What recommendations or tips do you have based on the APA and scholarly writing resources provided?
