Each student is to prepare a 3-5 page paper on a project on ONE of the following course objectives.
Describe emerging perspectives on ethics and corporate governance.
Identify and describe the needs-based perspectives on motivation.
Relate motivation and employee performance.
Discuss the nature of creativity and relate it to decision making and problem solving.
Describe the types and uses of power in organizations.
Define “organization culture” and explain how it affects employee behavior, and understand its historical roots.
