Problem:

Reflects on how your original understanding of politics differs from the definitions/frameworks given in the lecture and readings.

I was never interested in politic so I have little knowledge of what politic is and how our government work, but after the lecture and reading the material, it brighten up my knowledge about how important it is to know about politics and government, but they're the one making things happen.

Identifies how a conflict/process at either local, state, national, or international level of government affects you personally.

One conflict that local government is affecting me and my family personally was when COVID and pandemic hit in 2020 and 2021.  Since the news said it was carry from China, my family was being discriminate at the store, park, and sometimes at school because we're Asian.  My family is not Chinese but because we have the same hair and skin color, we were label China.  They were looking at us weird, some told us to go back to our country and bring our diseases with us, some call us "Corona virus."  It was very disappointed but the government can't protect all of us. One time, my grandfather went to take the trash out, he was brutally abuse by some Africa American and White boy because they were mad that we the (Chinese) people brought virus into their country.
