Assignment Task: You are required to:
a) Implement your Curriculum: in a kindergarten
How you:
- Prepare the resources, materials and learning environments by setting up the physical environment and discussing roles with team members
- Monitor and engage in the curriculum
- Facilitate your two planned learning experiences
- Find two opportunities in the day where you can facilitate two (2) spontaneous learning experiences with your focus children
Assess and evaluate the curriculum throughout and at the end of the day.
Record your evaluations, including:
1. What opportunities did you use to gather feedback from children and families?
2. How did you collect data throughout the day to assess teaching and learning, as well as unplanned and planned experiences?
3. Reflect in relation to the EYLF outcomes and service guidelines and discuss how well this was achieved
4. Provide future recommendations for the curriculum including teaching and learning experiences, physical environment and specific ideas for future directions for your focus children.
