• Describe a present-day court case that has challenged or helped define your selected law or issue.
• Describe the implications for HR departments in managing the employer-employee relationship in the context of each law or issue.
Prepare a PowerPoint presentation that you would use to support your briefing. Your PowerPoint should:
• Include speaker notes in adequate detail to allow another speaker to present your briefing.
• Include graphics, charts and graphs that help tell a compelling story.
• Your references should be included in the final slide.
