Using a mix of short-term vs. long-term benefits, core vs. work/life balance benefits (onsite child care, eldercare, pet insurance, etc.), the cost-sharing (if any) of each benefit, and if there will be a stratified benefit offering based on organizational level and profession. This overview can be in table format for ease of listing each benefit and eligibility.
