- Recommendation to your company's CEO on whether or not it is wise to enter into forward contract for 5-years for shale gas at a price based on current NYMEX futures price plus 25%.
- Recommendation to environmental group to support or oppose proposed two year moratorium on "fracking".
- Recommendation to Secretary of Energy to support or oppose investment in pipeline infrastructure to support Northeast shale gas.
The memo should account for triple bottom line issues, the economic, the ecological, and the social.
