Choose a policy or practice aimed at reducing poverty or increasing people's economic well-being more broadly. For example, you might choose universal basic income (UBI), student loan forgiveness, housing choice vouchers, a progressive tax proposal, or something else. Describe your policy or practice (What is it? Has it been enacted? Where has it been enacted?), how it would reduce inequality and potential pushback people might have for the policy or unintended consequences the policy may have.
