2. Read National Realty and Construction Company Inc. Case 489 F. 2d 1257 and outline the case brief. In addition, answer at the end of the brief; "What must a company do to meet it's obligation to the General Duty Clause"
ASSIGNMENT 2: Log on to the OSHA.gov website and find a company that has received a permanent variance. Prepare a minimum 1 page summary of the variance.
Use APA style format. In this assignment the abstract and running header are optional. However, a title page and reference page are required. The essay should include minimum 1 page of content not including the title page or reference page.
