Reaction of ascl3 with cl2 at low temperature yields a

Reaction of AsCl3 with Cl2 at low temperature yields a product, believed to be AsCl5, which shows Raman bands at 437,369, 295, 220,213, and 3cm-1. Detailed analysis of the 369 and 295 cm-1 bands show them to arise from totally symmetric modes. Show that the Raman spectrum is consistent with a trigonal-bipyramidal geometry.
