The new tiny towns are programs that are designed for those who have Alzheimer disease. The towns are all designed for the era of where the patients are in their prime, they were working, raising children and caring on daily life. These towns help those who are suffering feel as though they have a purpose again.
When an individual suffers from Alzheimer or dementia they wander and could potentially hurt themselves or others. These towns are designed to be a safe environment for the patient and staff.
