You have recently been appointed as a manager for a well-known local organization. After your first few weeks of working for the organization, you identify that the organization has a very weak organizational culture and appears to lack direction.
Explain how you would manage the organization to build a strong organizational culture and develop it so it is either a customer-driven organization OR a quality driven organization.
NOTE: Choose only ONE focus - customer-driven or quality-driven.
The organization can be any type of organization you choose, ie: manufacturing, service, government, not for profit etc.
