Psychology is a science which attempts to study behaviour and mental processes. At the beginning of the twentieth century psychologists came up with many different views about the nature of the mind and the best way to study it. The schools of psychology developed, though conflicting in certain cases, have largely contributed in understanding the human behaviour. The multiple views of psychology have sometimes confirmed the finding of another view by doing their own set of research, or at times they have contradicted the findings of other views.
