Question regarding use of client photos on company webpages

Assignment Task:

I have a question regarding the use of client photos on company WebPages or social media pages or posts. I was taught in my ABA graduate studies that client photos could never be used on a webpage as this is a violation of confidentiality. In Code 5.0, there seem to be a few elements that could be related to this. One implies that identifying information be withheld from electronic media UNLESS consent is obtained. But there is also implication related to obscuring identifying information whenever possible. It is clearly an ethical violation to use client photos on a webpage without client consent. My question is,what about using client photos if consent has been obtained to display them on a webpage or in the hallway of an agency? Is the use of client photos on the web, even with consent for their use, a violation of the BACB Ethics Code? This BCBA brought up the code elements she had questions about. Can you help her find the answers she looking for? Looking for Assignment Help?
