According to USA Today "snapshot" 3% of Americans surveyed lie frequently. You conduct a survey of 500 college students and find that 20 of them lie frequently.

a) Can we use normal approximation on this problem? Explain your response using calculations?

b) Compute the probability that, in a random sample of 500 college students, at least 15 lie frequently, assuming the true percent is 3%. (Please show equation or calculator steps.)

c) Why should the answer in part b make sense?
