Explain a team or group you have worked with in the past. What type of team is it? How many people are on the team? How long have the team´s members worked together? What are the most frustrating aspects of teamwork, in your opinion?
Provide some real-life examples of organizations that use each of the four different types of teams. Collect published opinions and performance data, and (if possible) feelings of group members to infer whether the type of team structure used by each organization is effective, or not.
Provide an experience of social loafing or free riding in a team setting. What could have been done to avoid these effects?
