For study of molecular structures, visualization of these structures would help understand better the concept of bonds etc. If one wants to study electronic circuits and component design, it is always better to first make a circuit in a supporting software and test its validity, then make a final electronic circuit.
There are a variety of different areas in education and training where use of graphics enhances the effectiveness of lectures/training sessions. For example, presentation of lectures with the help of graphics and animation leads to more effective styles of teaching and is adapted worldwide in higher education and also in elementary education in a number of areas.
