Research quality management processes and systems. Explain and describe how quality management can be incorporated into the project management processes for monitoring, controlling, and auditing processes. You should include a discussion about the essential aspects required in an effective quality management system. Use relevant examples from your workplace or from your research to highlight the importance of implementing quality standards.
Your essay should be 3 page and should include scholarly resources, available from the CSU-Global library, to support your assertions. CSU-Global guidelines for APA formatting and style are required.
