Overview: There are three case studies in this course.All are designed to allow you to apply project management skills to a real-world situation. The case studies are as follows:
- Case Study one:Project Selection and Initiation
The first case study will allow you to apply project management knowledge you have gained from the early modules in the course.
- Case Study Two:Project Execution, Reporting, and Managing Resources
The second case study will allow you to apply project management knowledge you have gained from the later modules.
- Final Project:Comprehensive Case Study
The final case study will allowyou to apply project management skills to a real-world situation.The final case study requires an in-depth analysis of the application of project management concepts.
