Suppose you are a business intelligence analyst for a professional sports team and have been tasked with providing a recap of the social media value the team has provided one of its corporate partners across social media channels.
The team you will analyze is the Phoenix Suns of the National Basketball Association; analyze their Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and LinkedIn accounts. Use the social media calculator, you will look at social media posts from the Phoenix Suns and determine which posts are providing the most value to the sponsor, and what characteristics these posts share (day, time, content, etc.).
Determine the expectations the corporate partner will have for the team to provide value across social media channels. Examples could include the number of cobranded sponsored posts, time and date of posts, type of posts, etc.
