Assignment task: We considered three traditional views of distributive justice (those of Rawls, Nozick, and Sandel). we also considered an Intersectional Social Justice (IS)) critique of these theories. In this essay, (a) Explain Nozick's views (his principles of distributive justice and why he holds them), then (b) develop a critique of Nozick based on the views of Rawls, Sandel, or ISJ (pick one of these, not all three!). Next, (c) consider what Nozick might say in defense of his views, then finally (d) state whether (and why) you think Nozick's views are vindicated (so that Nozick's views are successfully defended) OR the criticisms succeed (so that Nozick's views are not successfully defended.
