No one likes to work in an environment where psychological and sexual harassment is tolerated. In many places, that is also illegal. Workplace harassment is defined as a single or repeated incident of objectionable or unwelcome conduct, comment, bullying or action intended to intimidate, offend, degrade or humiliate a particular person or group. It is a serious issue and creates an unhealthy work environment resulting in psychological harm to workers.
Identify a company which implements Workplace harassment training in their organization. Enlist the main features of their T&D plan and provide a synopsis of the same. Provide at least 2 suggestions/recommendations to their training program.
