Problem:
A situation were a patient's safety is at risk (hypotension), as staff are arguing among themselves. First steps would be crisis diffusion.
Think about when tempers are at this level, logic is not always being used. A calming approach needs to be used so as not to add to the level of anger and irrationality. Calm, but firm. Direct eye contact, but with compassion. which lets the members of the team know that you are there to dissolve the acute situation and ensure patient safety.
