Watch video then, provide a police report on what occurred from the time of the call until you leave. Be careful on the time as you are in the car for a while. Cite the crimes that occurred and detail all that happened while you were there, who you talked with, what they said etc. You will have to make up the information that is at the top of the form but you are the responding officer. You are the responding officer. The date and time is on top of the screen.
Watch it once, then draw up a report as you would if you were the officer.
