1) Jane was given a list of questions to complete from the director in childcare when she finished her placement.
2) Share what you've learned from your team leader, by participating in the project to date. List some of the highlights.
3) Share what you have observed as strengths in your team leader (learner) so far. Be specific and let them know what's working.
4) Provide one suggestion for how the learner could further improve their leadership and emotional intelligence skills - be specific.
5) Describe how your team leader has encouraged and supported the development of emotional intelligence.
6) Give an example of receiving acknowledgement or how your team is celebrating efforts, valuing each other and reflecting on the wins.
