Problem
Bias does not only happen on a personal level but also on an organizational level. Modern organizations make decisions with data and many times the power of the data is used for organizational politics. As an analyst at a company, most of the time we build analysis for internal customers. As it is in all organizations, different stakeholders have different interests and these stakeholders may want to manipulate the result of the analysis to their interests. Because of this reason, analytics departments and Business Analysts should be independent so that they can work with political correctness and for the organizations' interest.
