Question: Provide action/dynamics Provided front-line crisis support to juveniles and families in office, detention, and via telephone on an as-needed basis. Makes appropriate referrals for identified support and service needs in a timely manner. Visited detainees in the detention facility. Promotes and ensures the safe well-being of detainees. Makes special arrangements for detainees when necessary. Disposition of assigned caseload as dictated by internal policy. Performed other related duties as assigned or directed. Ability to engage in public speaking as required.
