1. I found her advice to be very informative and helpful, but I thought it was wild that she mentioned people hire professionals to help with writing their resume. The first recommendation I'll be incorporating into my resume is the emphasis on marketability because she advises that it shouldn't be a data dump of job responsibilities. The second recommendation I'll incorporate will be making it easy to read because as she's said there's that first 40 seconds where she's looked for key things, and you would want to make sure that those elements are able to stand out to sell yourself and be able to have your resume looked over again. That's also something that you can incorporate your personal style into which will also help you to stand out.
