The scenario and topic must enable an overview description of 'who, what, where, when and how,' and be complex enough to reveal family dynamics. The scenario tells a specific story of the family challenges and describes their interactions. The analysis of this 'moment in time' family scene utilizes the systemic concepts from the course (such as roles, rules, communication styles, boundaries and resiliency) and examines the influences family members have on one another.
