1. Search the academic and professional literature for four articles on teams or teamwork as it relates to organizational change or development. The goal is to review the current literature to seek a higher level of understanding about how the theory of teams and the practice can benefit the organization. Keep in mind the criteria for an "academic/professional" article is one of academic rigor, preferably in refereed journals or other periodicals, and is written in a style that fits the academic integrity of a graduate level program.

3. In 200-300 words, provide an annotated bibliographic entry (APA reference style) for each journal article. An annotated bibliographic entry should include a correctly cited bibliographic source (APA reference style) followed by a paragraph that describes and critiques the primary issues in the article.
