1. Please read all you can find on Netflix from the time of the 2011 debacle over Quikster and the price increase that they suddenly announced to their customers.
2. Consider the Change Management Continuum Strategic Planning Process Porters 5-Forces Model, and whatever other theories you think are relevant. Then see what you can learn from this fiasco. I know Netflix is a entertainment company, but their dilemma of corporate strategy, task-technology fit, project implementations, etc. are applicable across the board.
