Motivation Your Staff: Analysis, Description, & Services: Chapters 32 to 42. For this assignment, you will critically evaluate, prepare and create a specific Mission Statement and setting goals and techniques that will motivate you staff within a Health Care Setting and conduct an analysis related with team work tactic used. You are encouraged to choose a specific Health Care Facility as a reference to do this assignment. The paper will be 3-4 pages long.

GUIDELINES:

Students will critically measure the readings from Chapters 32 to 42 in your textbook. This assignment is planned to help you examination, evaluation, and apply the readings and strategies to your team spirit in your Health Care organization.

You need to read the article (in the additional weekly reading resources localize in the Syllabus and also in the Lectures link) assigned for week 6 and develop a 3-4 page paper reproducing your understanding and capability to apply the readings to your Health Care organization, team work and Marketing. Each paper must be typewritten with 12-point font and double-spaced with standard margins. Follow APA format when referring to the selected articles and include a reference page.

EACH PAPER SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:

1. Introduction: Provide a brief synopsis of the importance of team work and motivated staff to your marketing in the Health Care Facility.

2. Your Mission statement and Setting goals

a. Create Goals: You must create a series of goal that will improve and motivate the team work in in your department, all your practice goal must answer the questions: what, when, why and how.

b. Creating A Mission Statement: should tell you the purpose of the Health Care setting, the methods of achieving that purpose.

3. Conclusion

Briefly summarize your thoughts about motivating staff and team work in your healh care setting, and provide a possible outcome for the Marketing department. How did these articles and Chapters influence your opinions about planning and marketing?

Evaluation will be based on how clearly you respond to the above, in particular:

a) The clarity with which you critique the case study;

b) The depth, scope, and organization of your paper; and,

c) Your conclusions, including a description of the impact of these marketing strategy on any Health Care Setting and the marketing projects.

Format your assignment according to the following formatting requirements:

1. The answer should be typed, double spaced, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.

2. The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the assignment, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.

3. Also include a reference page. The Citations and references should follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
