C. Select a case study to narrow down the research about this topic, namely the country or community and other specifics (i.e. context and actors involved).
D. Provide a position on the legal solutions/outcomes and consider the pros and cons of at least one of them, suggesting then how to proceed in its implementation.
E. Provide a critical analysis, which includes an argument that is clearly positioned within a conceptual framework and supported by a well-balanced discussion of relevant sources. Also provide a concise conclusion that logically follows from the given analysis.
