While interviewing for a new management position when asked to "explain, in detail, about personal leadership philosophy providing personal examples of what qualities that would bring to an organization to make it better, what we need to look for in a new hire, how we would go about firing an employee, how we plan to motivate current employees under our supervision and finally what are the greatest weaknesses as a manager". Provide a detailed, well-thought-out, supported by literature (textbook & external sources) response to the interviewer's questions; be sure to include in an answer that is new knowledge developed within the textbook
